Returns Policy – Mentorscloth UK
Overview
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
In the same condition you received it (unworn, unused)
With all original tags attached (tags must not be removed)
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned goods.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please email our customer service at [email protected].
Please note: each order is entitled to one exchange only. Be sure to confirm your selection before sending items back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
Important: Once you return an item, please email us the tracking number and carrier name so we can monitor the parcel and process your refund promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong item ordered, or any reason not related to product fault, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We advise customers to double-check all product details, including size guides, before placing an order.
We do not refund original shipping fees, nor any duties and taxes paid, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or lost in transit.
